Rules for Tours:
General Rules:
1. The tour will be operated subject to operational conditions
2. The ticket is not transferable
3. There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the event
4. APTDC will not be responsible for any damage or loss of properties of the tourists
5. If a person travels as single person during the tour he/she will be accommodated in a single room during night halts on the purchase of single room accommodation ticket
6. Three adults in a family will be accommodated In one double room by providing only extra mattress even though the third person is In possession of a double room ticket for the tour
7. Fares are exclusive of food charges
8. Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice
9. Child is reckoned to 3 to 10 years
10. Ticket fare applicable as on the date of facility availed
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director is final
12. In case of low occupancy smaller vehicles will be arranged for conducted tours
13. Rs.10 per ticket is charged for issuing of duplicate tickets for lost/mutilated/torn tickets
14. Credit card transaction fee to be borne by customer
15. Refunds for credit card bookings is done through credit cards only and no cash refund is given
16. Taxes extra as applicable
Cancellation Rules
1. No refund in case cancellation done before 24 hours of the date of journey
2. 50% of the fare per head deducted in case cancellation done between 24 hours and
48 hours
3. Rs.100 per head deducted in case cancellation done within 48 hours of date of journey
Preponement/Postponement
4. No preponement/postponement of tours is allowed. For preponement/postponement the ticket will be cancelled as per cancellation rules and new ticket will be issued subject
to availability.
